1. How does the globalization improve the world communication?

Answer:
Globalization improves world communication between the countries by sharing information to
the world in just one click of sharing through internet and social media became easier due to
globalization.
2. Comment on: Sharing information through social media is always beneficial?
Answer:
In some cases like social networking services that can help people develop their interests. It can
help introduce people to new things and ideas.
3. How does globalization address the cultural barriers between and between countries?
Answer:
Cultural differences can lead to barriers between countries, when their different styles of
approach are misunderstood and misinterpreted. To address the cultural barriers between
countries, people have to learn to understand the cultures of others
4. What is the concept of the global village?
Answer:
Global village means all parts of the world are being brought together by the internet and other
electronic communication interconnections by forms of communication such as skype, facebook
and other social media allows easier communication and connection with others, especially in
other countries.
5. How does culture affect communication?
Answer:
Culture provides its members with a knowledge about how to behave in different situations and
how to interpret other’s behaviour.

sender and receiver.

The Positive and Negative Impact of Communication Technology

Communication technology becomes more developed in this world. Communication technology

refers to all equipment and programs that are used to process and communicate information through
blogs, websites, live video, social media technologies, and email communication. It makes people rely to
the communication technology nowadays. The rise of communication technology came to make
communication faster, more accessible and more efficient. It also create development and strengthen
social networks.

Communication technology helps people to communicate faster by using technology, we are able
to chat, skype or even video call a person located thousands of miles away. One of the main advantages
of communications technology is the fact that we are able to reach out to others be it other vendors,
customers, friends or even relatives in a matter of seconds. People nowadays use their phone’s internet
connection to stay logged in at all times, and essentially, they can now work from any place in the world.
Communications technology has certainly made life easier for many, especially for those who had to
telecommute long distances to work.

There are also disadvantages of communication technology to the life of people. One of these are
having non social life. Given the fact that most of the interactions take place online and not face to face,
this can prevent a person from being socially active and forming a new relationship with others. It makes
people stay in their house, making friends online instead of being socialize with other people.

1. Give a one sentence meaning of global communication in your work.

Answer:
Global communication in my work plays an important role by communicating with our client
through email and video conference.

2. Aside from email and web page, what two other examples of global communication are your
families with? Explain each.
Answer:
To communicate with my family when we never seen each other for a while, we used apps like
messenger for video calling and also by the use of the internet for us to communicate.
Globalization helps us to communicate important people in our life even in distance.
