End of service on 3U size Processing Units with 4 digit serial number, and 3U size
Processing Units with serial number range xxx-9452-xxxx

Due to limited availability of spare parts for our 3U sized Processing Units (HWP2000),
Kongsberg Seatex (KSX) has decided to change their support status to End of Support
/Obsolete from 2017-12-31. This applies to all KSX products using the mentioned range
of Processing Units (HWP2000).

DPS 100, 102, 116, 122, 132, 200, 232

DARPS 100, 116, 132, 200
Seapath 100, 200, 200RTK
HMS 100
Radius 1000

For all above listed products there will be a functional replacement unit available using
the current HWP2010 hardware. Some local modifications to fit and cabling might be
required.

Depending on the nature of problem there might be possible to service a Processing Unit.
This until 2018-12-31 and dependent on availability of parts.

KSX can provide trade-in prices for all KSX systems our customers want to upgrade to
the current version. Trade-in price will depend on the age of the current hardware.
