SCRIPT FOR GRADUATION

July 10, 2023 AMANDANGAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL


1:00 p.m

I. Reminders to parents and guests before the Processional:

Good afternoon everyone!

In a few minutes, we are going to start our graduation ceremonies.

At this point, may we invite all our graduates together with their parents to go to your
respective areas for the processional.

Before we begin this ceremony, let me remind everyone to turn your cellphones to
silent mode and be courteous around you by refraining from talking aloud.

May we also request all photographers and other guests to stay away in the
processional area, the graduates’ seats and the stage area. We have official
photographers who will take your children’s photos during the processional and
during the distribution of diplomas.

Thank you for your cooperation.

II. Graduation Ceremonies


PROCESSIONAL

Emcee: Good Afternoon everyone. Graduation Day is the most awaited day in the life
of all students for it marks the success of their educational journey. This point of
academic year signifies the culmination of many years of hard work, dedication and
commitment in the relentless pursue of knowledge. Knowledge that will enable a
person to embrace opportunities and take challenges with clear vision and purpose.
Welcome to the 7th Graduation Exercises: Moving Up, Recognition Day and
Graduation Rites of Amandangay Elementary School with a theme: “Gradweyt ng
K to 12: Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon”.Molded Through a Resilient
Educational Foundation.

Emcee: Ladies and Gentlemen, Please welcome the Grade 6 Graduating Class of
School Year 2022-2023.
(Processional of Graduates)
Emcee: Let us welcome our Guest Speaker, Candidates for Graduation with their
parents, Honor Pupils, Amandangay Teaching Force (Headed by Sir Rex L. Tejome)
and Visitors.
(Processional of Guests, Teachers and Honor Pupils)

Emcee: May I request everyone to please stand for the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem to be followed by Prayer which will be lead by KAYLEE
MADISON C. FLORAGUE, a Kindergarten Achiever. And please remain standing
for the singing of DepEd Leyte Hymn followed by the Tabontabon Hymn.
(After singing of the Tabontabon Hymn)

Emcee: Thank you so much. You may now take your seats. To formally open our
ceremony, may we call AIRA C. ADVINCULA, a Grade 6 pupil With Honors for
her welcome address. A round of applause please.
(After the Welcome Remarks)

Emcee: Thank you Aira. To present the candidates for graduation, please welcome
Ma’am MA. GLORIA O. VERONA, a Grade 6 Adviser. To do the honor of
confirmation and the Distribution of Certificates, May we request our school head
MR. REX L. TEJOME. It will assisted by HON. RONIE C. DAGAMI, our Brgy.
Captain and HON. LINDA C. TANTE, the Committee on Education.

Emcee: Thank you so much. Congratulations dear graduates! “Achievement of today


are the stepping stone of the future ones.”- Invajy. At this juncture, may we call on
SIR REYNALDO N. DIAZ JR. to present the completers. And to give the
certificates, may we call on MR. REX L. TEJOME, our school head.

Emcee: Thank you ma’am and sir. To introduce to us our guest speaker for this
graduation, May we call Ma’am JOY LYN V. AYASO.

(Inspirational Message- MR. REX B. RAMOS- Guest Speaker)

Emcee: Thank you so much maam for that meaningful message. To express our
gratitude, may we call our School Head, MR. REX L. TEJOME and our Brgy.
Captain, HON. RONIE C. DAGAMI to present the plaque of appreciation to our
Guest Speaker. The citation reads:

Emcee: Thank you so much to our Guest Speaker, to maam __________and Hon.
Ronie Dagami. We will now proceed to the Awarding of Certificates and Special
Awards of Outstanding Graduates. May we request MA’AM MA. GLORIA O.
VERONA to do the honors.

Emcee: Congratulations dear graduates! At this moment, may we request BERNARD


ROYCE M. DELA CRUZ, with Honors for his GRADUATION MESSAGE. A

Emcee: Thank you Mr. Bernard. May I now call on MA. THERESE ELIZABETH
R. ASIS, with Honors to led the Pledge of Loyalty. Graduates, Please stand.

Emcee: Thank you Ma. Therese Elizabeth. The Grade 7 TH Graduating Class will now
sing the Graduation Song “LIPAD”.

Emcee: Thank you so much Grade 6 pupils for a very nice graduation song. This time
may we now call NATHANIEL P. DOYOLA, a Kindergarten Pupil for his message
of gratitude.

Emcee: Thank you so much, Nathaniel. We will now proceed to the awarding of
certificates and special awards to our completers. May I request the Adviser, to do the
honors.

Emcee: Thank you Ma’am. So before we proceed to the Moving Up Song for the
completers, let us be entertained first by an intermission number of the selected
Kindergarten Pupils. A round of applause please.

Emcee: Thank you for that wonderful performance dear pupils! And now, The
Completers will now sing their Moving Up Song “READY TO GO”.

Emcee: Very nice performance our dear pupils! To award the medals and ribbons for
Grade 1 and 2 pupils, may I request the Adviser to do the honors.
(Awarding of Medals and Ribbons- Grade 1 and 2)
Emcee: Thank you so much ma’am. So, we have another intermission number which
will be given to us by the selected Grade 1 pupils. A round of applause please.
(Intermission Number- Grade 1 Pupils)

Emcee: Thank you so much my dear pupils for that intermission number. And to
award the medals and ribbons for Grade 3 Pupils, may I request the Adviser to do the
honors.
(Awarding of Medals and Ribbons- Grade 3)

Emcee: Thank you ma’am. So, we will be entertained again for another intermission
number of Grade 2 Pupils. A round of applause please.

Emcee: Thank you so much pupils. To award the medals and ribbons for Grade 4
Pupils, May I request the Adviser to do the honors.

Emcee: Thank you so much ma’am. Let us welcome the Grade 3 and 4 pupils for
their intermission number. A round of applause please.
