 Hot and cold water supply system, sewerage water treatment plant, grease traps, fire

and fresh water tanks.

 Checking periodically and recording of fresh water tank levels ensuring that sufficient
maximum water level is maintained at all times.
 Chemical treatment of swimming pool water and equipment.
 Piping leakage, fire, piping, sprinkler, hose reel, wet risers, and leakage due to
structural defects.
 Masonry work such as wall and floor tiles, bathtub, toilet bowl and wash basins.
 Swimming pool equipment operation & pool water treatment.
 Central air-conditioning system such as chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, fan
coil units, A/C controls, exhaust and ventilation system.
 Refrigeration such as cold rooms, fridges, ice machines, freezers etc.
 Attend to banquet function order request.
 To record daily consumption of incoming main water meter. Check periodically the
water tank level.
 Recording of chiller logs & relevant checklist, utilities consumption.
 Prepares daily work order and project update reports.
 Perform other Engineering related duties/activities as required by the Director of
Engineering.
