Check the condition of the car - if there is any dent, scratches etc
Check the exterior and interior cleanliness of the car
Place current date newspaper, magzine, water bottles, Note pad, Pen,
Tissue box
Check the Pla-card and pla-card holder whether guest details are correc
or not.
Check the grooming of chauffeur
Chauffeur should have Guest details like name, Contact number and flig
details
Briefing to the chauffeur about guest profile and if the guest is having an
occasion brief them to wish the Guest.
Check the fuel level is adequate and tyres are in good condition
Check whether chauffeur is having enough cash to meet trip expense.
Check whether chauffeur and vehicle details are send to Guest.
