1. In the menu bar above, click "File," then "Make a copy..."

2. Rename the sheet so it has your name on it, and click OK.
3. Check out the tabs at the bottom of the sheet.
4. Track your improvement over time!
5. To add sheets, click the tiny arrow on the tab you want to copy, and select "Duplicate." Then click the arrow again and type "Rename."
6. You can also download this as an Excel spreadsheet by clicking "File," then "Download As."
