WEEK 4-6

1. Recognize the history of Arnis, Badminton, and Table Tennis.


2. Create your own program/practice using the F.I.T.T principle.
3. Choreograph a two-minute performance using the basic skills of your chosen sport
(Arnis, Badminton, and Table Tennis) as engagement in moderate to vigorous
physical activities (MVPAs).
WEEK 7-8

1. Observe Personal Safety Protocol to Avoid Dehydration, Overexertion, Hypothermia and


Hyperthermia during MVPA Participation (Basketball and Volleyball).
2. Familiarize with the different facilities and equipment used in basketball and volleyball.
3. Create a simple program that addresses Health/Fitness Issues and Concerns.
