    It is hereby informed to note and act as per following rules regarding payment of
    school fee:
    1. Fees for all classes willbe accepted without late fine as per following schedule
    QUARTERS CUT OFF DATE WITHOUT LATE FINE
    1 QUARTER BY 319 MAY
    (APRIL - JUNE)
    2nd QUARTER BY 31 AUGUST
    (JULY - SEPTEMBER)
    3rd QUARTER BY 30th NOVEMBER
    (0CTOBER -DECEMBER)
    4th QUARTER BY 15th FEBRUARY
    (JANUARY -MARCH)

    2. Fee for all classes will be accepted with late fine @ Rs.250/- after the cutoff date.
    In case the fees are in arrears by one quarter the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls without

    4 In case of Re-admission an additional Rs.2000/- will be charged for the same.
    5. Fee can be deposited through online mode or at school fee counter. (0nly through debit or credit card).
    6 Use admission number as user ID and date of birth as password for online payment.
    7. The bus fare will be charged for eleven months in a session which will be effective from April to February for
    all students.
    8. Fee once deposited is neither transferable nor refundable on any ground what so ever.

    9. One month's notice is required in writing before withdrawing the child from the school. In case it is not
    month's full fee will be charged. T.C. will not be issued until all dues are cleared.
