Vehicle Rental Agreement

This Vehicle Rental Agreement is entered into as of;

by and between the renter, with the mailing address of owner (Razyq Enterprise) collectively referred
to as the “Parties,” both of whom agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Vehicle Being Rented. The Owner agrees to rent the following vehicle to the Renter:

Colour: Metallic Dark Blue

Additional information

2. Rental Amount. The amount of the Vehicle Rental is;

Monthly: RM820

The Rental includes unlimited miles. The Renter will not be required to pay any fees for miles
used.

1. Vehicle Cost Disclosure. The full retail value of the Vehicle as of Perodua Viva Elite 2010 is
RM10,000.

2. Down Payment. The Renter will provide a down payment of RM200, which will be
deducted from the amount to be paid over the term of the Rental.
3. Rental Duration. This Agreement will begin on _______________________________ and
remain in full force and effect until the Vehicle is returned to the Owner. It is agreed that the
Renter will return the Vehicle on 31st May 2023 unless the Agreement is terminated earlier.

4. Damage or Loss. As permitted given the extent of the law, the Renter will be responsible for the
risk of theft, damage, loss, or destruction of the Vehicle from any and every cause. If while in the
Renter's possession the Vehicle becomes damaged, the Renter agrees to pay for all costs of repair,
up to the current value of the Vehicle. If while in the Renter's possession, the Vehicle becomes
lost, the Renter agrees to pay the Owner its current value.

5. Late Return. If the Vehicle is returned to the Owner after the date and time that the Rental period
ends, the Renter agrees to pay the Owner a charge of RM70 per day for each day beyond the end
of the rental period, until the Vehicle is returned. The Owner is also allowed to subtract these
charges from the security deposit (if applicable).
6. Security Deposit. In addition to the fees listed in the Rental Amount and Late Return, The Renter
agrees to pay a deposit of RM200 at the time this Agreement is signed. The Owner may use this
deposit to cover any amounts due under this Agreement.

7. Insurance. Insurance coverage is required for the Vehicle under this Agreement.

8. Vehicle Responsibility. The Renter agrees that they will be the sole operator of the Vehicle over
the term of the Rental, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Owner.

9. Vehicle Care. It is agreed that the Vehicle must only be used in a proper and careful manner
consistent with the Owner's instructions and/or as the Vehicle was originally designed.

10. Legal Fees. In the event of a dispute resulting in legal action, the successful party will be entitled
to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees, collection fees and the like.

11. Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated
above. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by
Malaysia law.
13. Entire Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the entire
agreement between the Parties. If the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms,
they shall do so in writing to be signed by both parties.

Perjanjian Sewa Kenderaan ini dipersetujui oleh:

oleh dan antara penyewa, dengan alamat surat-menyurat pemilik (Razyq Enterprise) dan kedua-duanya
bersetuju untuk terikat dengan perjanjian ini.

1. Kenderaan yang Disewa. Pemilik kenderaan bersetuju untuk menyewakan kenderaan tersebut
kepada penyewa:

2. Jumlah Sewa. Jumlah sewa adalah:

Sebulan: RM820

Kenderaan Sewa ini boleh digunakan tanpa had kilometer. Penyewa tidak perlu membayar sebarang
bayaran untuk kilometer yang digunakan.

1. Pendedahan Kos Kenderaan. Nilai runcit penuh Kenderaan setakat Perodua Viva Elite 2010
ialah RM10,000.
2. Bayaran Pendahuluan. Penyewa akan menyediakan bayaran muka sebanyak RM100, yang
akan ditolak daripada jumlah yang perlu dibayar sepanjang tempoh sewaan.
3. Tempoh Sewa. Perjanjian ini akan bermula pada ________________________ dan kekal
berkuat kuasa dan berkuat kuasa sepenuhnya sehingga kenderaan dikembalikan kepada
Pemilik. Adalah dipersetujui bahawa penyewa akan memulangkan kenderaan pada 31 Mei 2023
melainkan Perjanjian itu ditamatkan lebih awal.
4. Kerosakan atau Kehilangan. Penyewa akan bertanggungjawab ke atas risiko kecurian,
kerosakan, kehilangan atau kemalangan kenderaan daripada sebarang sebab. Jika semasa dalam
milikan penyewa kenderaan menjadi rosak, penyewa bersetuju untuk membayar semua kos
pembaikan, sehingga nilai semasa kenderaan. Jika semasa dalam milikan Penyewa, kenderaan
menjadi hilang, penyewa bersetuju untuk membayar pemilik nilai semasanya.
5. Pemulangan Kenderaan Lewat. Jika Kenderaan dipulangkan kepada pemilik selepas tarikh
dan masa tempoh sewa tamat, penyewa bersetuju untuk membayar pemilik caj sebanyak RM70
untuk setiap hari selepas tamat tempoh penyewaan, sehingga kenderaan dipulangkan. Pemilik
juga dibenarkan untuk menolak caj ini daripada deposit keselamatan (jika berkenaan).
6. Deposit Keselamatan. Sebagai tambahan kepada bayaran yang disenaraikan dalam Amaun
Sewa dan Pemulangan Lewat, penyewa bersetuju untuk membayar deposit sebanyak RM100
 pada masa Perjanjian ini ditandatangani. Pemilik boleh menggunakan deposit ini untuk
menampung sebarang jumlah yang perlu dibayar di bawah Perjanjian ini.
7. Insurans. Perlindungan insurans diperlukan untuk Kenderaan di bawah Perjanjian ini.
8. Tanggungjawab ke Atas Kenderaan. Penyewa bersetuju bahawa mereka akan menjadi
pengendali tunggal kenderaan sepanjang tempoh penyewaan, melainkan dipersetujui
sebaliknya dengan pemilik.
9. Penjagaan Kenderaan. Adalah dipersetujui bahawa kenderaan hanya boleh digunakan dengan
cara yang betul dan berhati-hati selaras dengan arahan pemilik dan/atau sebagaimana kenderaan
itu pada asalnya direka bentuk.
10. Yuran Guaman. Sekiranya berlaku pertikaian yang mengakibatkan tindakan undang-undang,
pihak yang berjaya akan berhak menerima yuran guamannya, termasuk, tetapi tidak terhad
kepada yuran peguamnya, yuran kutipan dan seumpamanya.
11. Perjanjian Undang-undang dan Perikatan. Perjanjian ini adalah sah dan mengikat antara
kedua-dua pihak seperti yang dinyatakan di atas. Kedua-dua masing-masing menyatakan
bahawa mereka mempunyai kuasa untuk memasuki perjanjian ini.
12. Undang-undang dan Bidang Kuasa yang Mentadbir. Kedua-dua pihak bersetuju bahawa
Perjanjian ini akan dikawal oleh undang-undang Malaysia.
13. Keseluruhan Perjanjian. Kedua-dua pihak mengakui dan bersetuju bahawa perjanjian ini
mewakili keseluruhan perjanjian antara kedua-dua. Jika pemilik berhasrat untuk menukar,
menambah, atau mengubah suai mana-mana syarat, mereka hendaklah berbuat demikian secara
bertulis untuk ditandatangani oleh kedua-dua pihak.

Kedua-dua pihak bersetuju dengan terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di atas seperti yang ditunjukkan
oleh tandatangan mereka seperti berikut:
