     Mould Base - C45/ MS/ P20
     Core / cavity/ Sliders- Stavax/ Eskylose/ H13--Hardened to 52 HRC
     Other Mould elements-- EN 31-- Hardened to 48HRC
      Pillar/ Bushes-- 20MnCr-- Case hardened to-- 60 HRC
    3. Aligning elements--Taper/ straight inter locks & the complete mould is aligned by pillar / bush spigots & aligning buttons.
    4. Ejector system---   With Ball cage/ Oil free bushes& with retractable coupling / springs
    5. Insulation--- Top & bottom plates will be provided with Epoxy sheet
