GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Whereas, I Ghulam Mustafa son of Chaudhry Salamat Ali CNIC No.

35202-5700508-7, Resident of 496-B Johar Town, Lahore, Lahore City,
District Lahore.

Whereas the Executant is the owner in possession of several properties

in Pakistan and not in position to manage and supervise the affairs of the
properties myself.

Therefore I, with the above name executant, to hereby nominate,

constitute, ordain, and appoint Farrukh Mustafa wife of Ghulam
Mustafa having CNIC#: 91509-0199138-0 R/o 496-B Johar Town, Lahore,
Lahore City, District Lahore, to be our true and lawful general attorney to
do the following acts, deeds, things and matters, such as :-

1. To manage and supervise all the properties of the executant through

out the Pakistan.

2. To represent before all authorities of concern Authority/Authorities,
as well as revenue departments and all other Government, Semi
Government departments, and city district governments, etc.
3. To submit applications, affidavit, and also make statement.
4. To sell, transfer, mortgage, gift, relinquish, exchange all the
properties, execute sale/ mortgage deeds etc. in favor of purchasers
etc. and present before the sub-registrar or before any other
competent authority for registration and admit on behalf of the
executant.
5. To enter into agreement with any person or party and receive
token/earnest money, consideration amount etc. and issue receipt
thereof. He is competent to recover the rent from the tenants if any,
and issue receipt therefore.
6. To purchase Judicial/non-Judicial stamps for execution of any deeds
and also get its refund in his own name if so required.
7. To file/ Defend any suit, petition, revision, review, appeal, writ etc.
In any High court and Supreme court of Pakistan or any Court of law.
8. To apply for the grant of any NOC, NEC, Farads of ownership of any
property of the executent and receive the same.
9. To produce witnesses and deposit process fee etc.
10. To file/ withdraw and document from the Court, office and issue
receipt thereof.
11. To engage any Lawyer / Advocate etc. And grant him Vikalatnama
under his own signature.
12. To appoint any person as special / substitute Attorney and grant him
power of the same.
13. General to do each and every act, which may be required to be done
or caused to be done, in connection with the share of the executant.
Each and every act lawfully done by the said General Attorney, shall
be deemed to have been done by the executant in person as if he
was present personally and he undertakes to ratify and confirm.
