    DATE: October 12th, 2022
    SUBJECT: Flexi-hours working system change meeting

    I’m writing to inform you that on Monday, October 17th, we will have a meeting
    discussing the changing over to a flexi-hours working system,
    To make our firm becomes more productive, we decided to let 250 staffs work
    from 6. am to 9.00 pm and they will be able to choose a weekly pattern of
    hours. Even though it means a lot of change, workers need to be catered for. A
    meeting with all senior staff is necessary.
    I need you to discuss with your canteen staff and prepare new proposals which
    include the staff’s opinions and the effects of changing to your services.
    We will start the new system next month and I need your proposals before the
    meeting.
    Please send me your work as soon as possible
