1. BASIC INSTRUCTION

 The hydraulic system from Duplomatic Oleodinamica S.p.A. was designed for CNC
controlled press brakes, especially for pressing forces up to 3.000 kN

 The horizontal distance between the two pressing cylinders should be 3.500 mm
max

 The system and all its components are designed uniquely for press brakes
applications, and should be installed by qualified personnel

 It is essential to adhere strictly to the installation and operation instructions of the

products before commissioning the hydraulic system

 Make sure that all hydraulic components are mounted in the correct way

 Check the fluid level in the tank within a few hours after start-up to detect any
possible fluid loss

 After the first 100 hours, observe the filter contamination and calibration, and
remember that every 3.000 hours of operation, hydraulic fluid and filter elements
should be substituted

3. OPTION ONE – SINGLE POPPET VALVE

The most economic solution for press brake market, without monitored valves and single poppet for leak
free operations.

5. OPTION THREE – HIGH SAFETY LEVEL (Double poppet version – CE Suitable)

Two poppet valves makes the system a highly reliable and leak free operation under all circumstances.
Monitored valve offers high level of security.

10. CFP SUCTION VALVES

The CFP valves are pilot operated check valves, expressly designed for
hydraulic presses, to allow easy filling and emptying of the press
cylinder during the rapid down and up strokes.

They are “sandwich” mounted, to be installed directly between the

suction flange (connected to the tank), and the cylinder.

A version with pre-opening device is available.

Connected to the X pilot port allows circuit
decompression before the cylinder raising phase
begins.

The CFP valves are available in seven different sizes with max
flow up to 2.500 l/min.

10.6 INSTALLATION

NOTE A: Calculated diameters for PN 16 – DIN 2448 steel pipes.

NOTE B: For applications with standard connection flanges type UNI 2284, UNI 2285, UNI 2286, special bushings to fit on fastening
bolts must be provided in order to ensure a correct valve mounting. For information about the installation with UNI connectors flanges,
please consult our technical department.

11. RFP SUCTION VALVE

The normally open logic elements are used as suction or filling valves.
Improved design based on our logic valve LC-*A.
Made by 2-way cartridge valve with ISO 7368/DIN 24342 cavity bore.
A 1
The cartridge valve has an area ratio 1  . The poppet (1) is normally open thanks to
A3 1,5
the spring (2). The poppet closes when the piloting pressure acting on area A3 is higher on
area A1 (pressure on A port), or on area A2 (pressure on B port), added to the spring load
value.
Valve seat dimensions according to ISO 7368/DIN 24342.
