    1. Accepting Officer in respect of APAR of an AAO (in 5400 Grade) – Addl. CDA/JCDA.
    2. Employee of this age and above can be exempted from transfer – 56 years.
    3. APAR of a resigned individual can be destroyed after – 5 years from date of resignation.
    4. APAR gradings between 4 to 6 – 5: “Good”
    5. Employee working in Region A can represent any service matter in – Hindi or English
    6. Disciplinary Authority for imposing penalty to Hindi Officer in PCDA – CGDA
