½ cup Evaporated Milk
2 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Dark Chocolate
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take a saucepan and add milk and sugar. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
2. Then, add half a cup of cocoa powder to the saucepan. Mix it well until the mixture is well
combined.
3. Further add grated dark chocolate chunks and mix evertthing well.
4. Then add a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Remove the pan when the mixture
is thickened to the desired consistency.
5. Add two nobs of butter to the hot fudge sauce and whisk it evenly.
6. Give it a nice stir and pour into a serving bowl to relish the flavors.
