PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT

A. Title: Psychosocial Support Activity

B. Objective: To improve psychosocial wellbeing of an individual especially the learners
To let the learners feel that they are very much welcome in entering the new
school year in schooling as face-to-face.
Target participant: Parents, learners, as well as teachers
Date: August 22-26, 2022

Budgetary Requirements: None
Activity Evaluation: Parents, learners, and teachers enjoyed doing the psychosocial
activities. Through these activities, it helps every individual motivate their mind,
heart, and body to face the new beginning amidst pandemic.

C. Narrative Report:
As a part for the Oplan Balik Eskwela DepEd Psychosocial Support Activities to
Learners for the in-person classes is conducted during the first week of the School Year
2022-2023. This psychosocial support activities promotes, protects, and prioritize the
learner’s socio-emotional well-being as they transits back to in-person classes. This activity
was facilitated by each classroom advisers.
Some of the activities facilitated were Helping Hands, Body Map, Build our
Neighborhood, Feelings Circle and a lot more. While facilitating these activities, I felt
happiness in my heart because I observed that my class enjoyed much and motivated to face
the new challenges in their studies in spite of the struggles and difficulties that they have
experienced in their studies during the pandemic.

D. Evaluation:
The activity was successful. Learners as well as parents participated and enjoyed a lot
doing this activity. The goal of this activity which is to make the learners feel that they are
very much welcome in school again was successfully achieved.

E. Recommendation:
All parents should be 100% in cooperating, participating, and supportive of all school
programs and activities as well as to the learning/study habits of the learners.

expresses the learners feeling by dividing the Feelings Wheel according to the
percentages or to the size of each feeling they are experiencing at the moment.
