RESOLUTION UTILIZING THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED

TWELVE PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS (PHP. 29,912.50) TO PURCHASE SET OF OFFICE
SUPPLIES FROM SK SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET C.Y 2021.

WHEREAS; The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy.Bangac need to purchase office supplies to be used for
whatever purpose that they want to. Supplies can be used inside their office.

WHEREAS; Office supplies is necessary to purchase to make the work of Sangguniang Kabataan be easy.

WHEREAS; there is an available fund to utilize from SK Supplemental Budget 2021.

NOW THEREFORE

On motion of SK kagawad JENIMAE FRANCISCO and duly seconded by SK kagawad MAZETTE MASERAL,
be it.

RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED to pass RESOLUTION UTILIZING THE AMOUNT OF

TWENTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWELVE PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS
(PHP. 29,912.50) TO PURCHASE SET OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FROM SK SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET C.Y
2021.

RESOLVED further to furnish copies of this resolution to the office of the different concerned
agencies for their information and guidance.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC)FOR PROCUREMENT OF THE
SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY TO CONDUCT SHOPPING FOR PURCHASE SET OF OFFICE SUPPLIES OF THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY. BANGAC, MINA, ILOILO.

WHEREAS: Consistent, RA 10742 known as SK ACT shall require the Bids and awards committee (BAC) in
various activity for the youth.
WHEREAS: the SK has no existing BAC and shall need the BAC Officer for the Sangguniang Kabataan
Members for their activities and youth engagement program.

WHEREAS: In every activity that the SK can contribute in our youth to satisfy their needs and empower
our adolescent.

WHEREAS: the BAC Members of the Barangay serves as the temporary BAC for the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay Bangac.

NOW THEREFORE

On motion of sk kgwd. NANCY MARIE PATANI and duly seconded by sk kgwd.MAZETTE MASERAL, be it.

RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED to pass RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BIDS AND AWARDS

BAC Member ROSELYN CORSINO told the body that the sangguniang kabataan will utilize an
amount from the SK SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET C.Y 2021 FOR PURCHASE SET OF OFFICE SUPPLIES for the
use in the barangay .
BAC Member ANNIE PATINGO . is assigned to canvass of SET OF OFFICE SUPPLIES.

BAC Chairman GEMMA PERDOSA recognized the procurement of SET OF OFIICE SUPPLIES . Funds
will be taken from SK SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET C.Y 2021. The mode of Procurement is small value.

Since there were no more topics to be taken up BAC Member AURELIO ARNESTO moved to
adjourn the meeting seconded by BAC Member ROLLY MAESTRAL .

The BAC Meeting adjourned at 11:25 a.m

RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO CONDUCT SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT (SHOPPING METHOD

PROCUREMENT) FOR PURCHASE SET OF OFFICE SUPPLIES OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY.
BANGAC, MINA, ILOILO.

WHEREAS; RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act provides standard guidelines
on the processes of procuring goods and services for LGU’s and other government entitles to establish
and ensure transparency in all government transactions.

WHEREAS; The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy.Bangac need to purchase office supplies to be used for
whatever purpose that they want to. Supplies can be used inside their office.

WHEREAS; Office supplies is necessary to purchase to make the work of Sangguniang Kabataan be easy.

WHEREAS: The Sangguniang Kabataan will appropriated an amount of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED TWELVE PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS (Php.29,912.50) taken from SK SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET CY. 2021

NOW THEREFORE; We the members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby Resolved;

1) To recommend to the Punong Barangay to make use of Small Value Procurement for
PURCHASE SET OF OFFICE SUPPLIES OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY. BANGAC, MINA,
ILOILO.

2) To recommend for approval by the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Bangac, Mina, Iloilo
the foregoing findings;
