WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, NELSON A. NIVADURA, EDGAR A. NIVADURA and ARNOLD A.

NIVADURA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of City of Dasmarinas, Cavite,
after having been sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That we are the surviving legal heirs of the late ILDEFONSO

NIVADURA;

2. That Ena Abalos Nivadura is the surviving spouse of our father;

3. Our father was a member of the Philippine Veterans Affairs, hence, we

are entitled to avail the Educational Benefit Program of the said
agency;

4. To help our niece, MARCELA CHARIZ DAGARAT NIVADURA

pursue her dreams and education, who is also a grandchild of Ena
Abalos Nivadura, we are waiving all our rights and interests over the
said educational benefit before the Philippine Veterans Affairs in favor
of Marcela Chariz Dagarat Nivadura;

5. That we hereby declare that we have read this document and fully
understood its contents;

6. That we execute this Waiver, freely and voluntarily to attest to the

foregoing facts and statements and for whatever legal purposes and
intents the same may serve best.
