I live in Pematangsiantar, North Sumatera

Today I m going to tell you about to live longer

There is Five points I ‘ll share for you

Number One is Eat Better

Eat better it means Eat the health food that contain vitamins, mineral, protein and so on. So we
must Have a meal plan and think before we eat.

2. Regular Exercise

Regular exercise can improve our muscles, bones, help control weight

And increased productions of hormons that make us feel good.

3 Sleep better// Most of adults need nighly sleep between seven and eight hours . Quality sleep
make our body and mind recharge so we can be produktif and healthier .

4 Spend time with good people

Spend time with the good people can make we happy and i mprove our mental health, imune
system and cardio vascular system . so we can be fresh

5 Decrease Stress

Stress can cause fatique, sleep problem,over eating,and depresion, all of wich can negatifely
affect your healht. So we must manage our stress
