AGREEMENT/TERMS/CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation, No Show or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

GUEST LIST:

Only those are in the guest are allowed/authorized to enter _____________________________ and/or stay in the premises:

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

Guest agrees to place a no security deposit, however, in the event of damage to the house caused by the guest or guest’s family and/or visitors, guest
shall be liable for the cost of repair or damages and shall be collected from the guest before checking out.
 
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE AND UTILITIES: Rates include one-time linen and house set-up.  Daily housekeeping or maid service is not included in the
rental rate, however, it is available upon request with an additional fee. 
 
OBLIGATIONS: The Guest agrees to meet all obligations including:

A. Taking affirmative action to ensure that nothing exists which might place the owner in violation of applicable building, housing, and health codes.

B. Keeping the dwelling clean, and sanitary; properly throw and dispose trash inside trash bins provided.

C. Operate all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, a/c, and other appliances in a reasonable and safe manner.

D. Assuring that property belonging to the owner is safeguarded against damage, destruction, loss, removal, or theft. Any damages to the property or any
belongings inside the house due to negligence of guest him/herself, his/her family, friends, guests and visitors, or pets shall be paid by the guest prior to
check-out.

E. Conducting him/herself, his/her family, friends, guests, and visitors in a manner which will not disturb the peace and quiet of others or neighbors. Loud
noises, especially after 10 P.M. to 7 A.M. is discouraged.
 
F. Guest shall not keep or have on or around the house any article or thing of a dangerous, inflammable, or explosive character that might unreasonably
increase the danger of fire on or around the house or that might be considered hazardous.
 
G. Adults with children must always supervise their children in the house and in the facility.

H. Pets are allowed to stay in the premises but make sure it is trained and will always wear diapers while inside the premises.

I. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and outside the house. It is not allowed to smoke inside the house.
 
J. Guest warrants that he/she will meet the above conditions in every respect and acknowledges that failure to do so will be grounds for termination of this
agreement and eviction of guest(s) from the premises without further recourse.
 
PERSONAL PROPERTY/SECURITY/SAFETY: No rights of storage are given by this agreement. The owner shall not be liable for any loss of personal
injury or property by fire, theft, breakage, burglary, or otherwise, for any accidental damage to persons, guests, or property in or about the leased/rented
property resulting from electrical failure, water, rain, windstorm, or any act of God or whatsoever. Guests acknowledge that owner does not provide a
security alarm system or any security of the house or for guest and that any such alarm system or security service, if provided, is not represented, or
warranted to be complete in all respects or to protect Guest(s) from all harm.  Guests hereby release the owner, management and agents from any loss,
suit, claim charge, damage or injury resulting from lack of security or failure of security.  The owner, management or agent is not responsible for any
accidents, injuries or illness that occur while in the premises or its facilities.
  
RECEIPT OF AGREEMENT: The undersigned guests have read understand and agreed to this Agreement and hereby acknowledge receipt of a copy of
this Rental Agreement.
