Terms & Conditions

1) GST @18% applicable Extra.
2) Payment Terms options as per the above subscription plans are as follows –
Quarterly (Every 3 Months)
Half-Yearly(Every 6 Months)
Yearly (Every 12 Months)

3) All costs mentioned above are to be paid at the starting of the subscription period
(advance).
4) Any changes in number of user subscription is to be communicated prior to the
upcoming subscription period start date.
5) No- Amount is to be paid if user wants to discontinue TrackHR subscription due to any
reason, with prior intimation.
6) On cancellation of subscription period up, the data of reports from TrackHR will be
available to user for exporting till the subscription end date only.
7) Any agreed specific customizations or company specific modifications are taken into
development, only for usage plans above 50 users and more than half yearly payment
terms, without any additional development charges.
8) Trainings and support provided on call, through internet will be free of cost.
9) Above stated subscription plan rates are effective till March 31st 2022.
10) An escalation of 15% in subscription amount will be raised after every 3 years, as a part
of inflation adjustment.
11) Payments are required to be made by one of the following method only:
a) Online transfer (recommended)
b) Cheque Courier to Hex Office address / drop at nearest HDFC Bank Branch office
