Alarm settings are configured manually on the monitoring unit according to the following procedure.
The rectifiers have been left without any password. Let the maintenance team decide which

1. AC Fail Alarm- Rectifier System Fail.
2. DC Low- Low voltage.
3. 3 Phase Fail-AC Mains Fail.
4. AC 1R Fail- AC Phase Fail.

3. COLOR CODING.

1. Rectifier System Fail- Orange/White.

2. Low voltage-Blue/White with green line.
3. AC Mains Fail-Green/White.
4. AC Phase Fail-Brown/White.

4 INTERFACE

All relays are on normally open setting and On BTS side under the EAC Configuration must
be configured to normally low. Let those writing the script file note this change on newly
delta rectifiers alarm setup.

Use RJ45 connector with the Ethernet cable which is inserted on the Ethernet port on the
rectifier on Dry contact output DO.

On dry contact input DI do not connect anything as it was created for external alarms which
can be fed to the rectifier and come out through the Dry Contact Output DO.

For the CAT 5 or CAT 6 which comes with the equipment identify the pairs with their
Neutral. The RJ45 has 8 wire input. Wire input on RJ45 1, 3, 5 and 7 are the signal and 2, 4, 6
and 8 are the Neutrals when the team want to use direct to port without crone broke.

When using the crone broke, from the rectifies , crone all eight wires according to the color
coding and on the BTS side loop the neutrals as with the previous case the grey wire with the
neutrals on the rectifier side.
