SYNOPSIS

INTRODUCTION:
A hierarchical blockchain-based voting system provides a secure, transparent, and efficient way of
conducting elections, with a higher level of integrity and accuracy than traditional voting systems

 Establish trust between people and voting process .

 Encourage more participation in the voting process fundamental right.

 Making the voting process less time consuming and difficult.

 Security: The use of blockchain technology makes the voting system highly secure and
tamper-proof, as all transactions are recorded on a decentralized ledger that cannot be altered
or deleted

OBJECTIVE:
 Design the hierarchical blockchain for voting system.
 This new voting system would make voting system highly secure and tamper-proof, as
all transactions are recorded on a decentralized ledger that cannot be altered or deleted.
 It would be scalable and would be tamper-proof gaining the trust of the voters and
promoting/encouraging them to practice their fundamental rights.

METHODOLOGY:

Side chain(private): Nodes assigned randomly Verifiable random function and verifiable delay
function
Blockchain of routers: Verify transaction shard controlled by EC and publish to main chain.
Mainchain(public): Transaction published from side chain to main chain via cross chain protocol.

Cross-chain Routing Protocol

 All router nodes with details of different chains become a block chain system maintain
router information.
 Once router information is updated all router nodes consent the newest routing table.
 In this way the router block chain system records the validated address of each participating
block chain.

Software Requirements: Solidity using Python language
