AGREEMENT

This agreement is between Mr/Ms ……………………………………………………………….

Consultants Pvt Ltd (Consultant) addressed at ‘No. 170, Weedagama,Horana Road,
Bandaragama, Sri Lanka. signed on the ……………..…………../2023.
The client who is interested in applying for the Student Residence Permit (2024 January
Intake) visited me seeking assistance with regard to the applications and since he/she had
fulfilled the required qualifications with the working experience, he/she was consulted
regarding the whole procedure of obtaining the student residence permit.

Further, he/she was advised that the consultant charge LKR 250,000 for a Single Applicant /
350,000 for Applicant with dependent/s for the whole task of assisting the client until he/she
obtains the residence permit. Advance payment of LKR 75,000 ( Seventy five thousand rupees) is
to be made to confirm University application processing

Conditions
1. The client must be a genuine applicant and must provide the consultant with
genuine and certified documents for visa application arrangements. The applicant
must qualify the relevant examinations accordingly, in failing to do so, the consultant
will hold no responsibility.

2. The client once agreed holds no right to cancel the contract or to withdraw the
application at any time he/she wishes whereas the consultant has the right to
cancel the contract any time without causing loss to the client.

3. Once the admission is received the client must make the balance payment of LKR
100,000 Applicant to the consultant.

4. The advance payment of LKR 75,000 is taken for the primary processing which
contains documentation charges and classes fee. Advanced payment is non
refundable.

5. There will be no refund if the application is withdrawn by the client for any
reason or if the visa application is disapproved due to the submission of forged
documents, or due to the client’s lack of English skills.

6. All the details regarding all the applications will be given to the client after paying the
remaining balance.

7. This agreement is non transferable

 Additional Details

University application fee and resident permit application fee should be borne by the
applicant and these payments are non refundable

This contract is valid until 2024 September Intake.

Declaration
1. Before coming to this contract I hereby confirm the status that I have thoroughly gone
through the relevant official website and have a very good knowledge of the country,
university and the process of applying for student resident permit.

2. Even though I am able to apply for this processing by myself, because of the difficulty
and the lack of confidence, I hereby like to accept that I have taken the assistance of
Scan World Consultants Pvt Ltd to help me successfully complete the visa processing
and therefore I have agreed to pay LKR 75,000 as an advance and to pay the balance
upon receiving the admission of university and resident permit/visa confirmation from
the embassy. By signing below, I, ……………………………………...………………………
