Senator Whitehouse sent a lengthy letter to the Judicial Conference Secretary regarding issues with the judiciary. In the letter, he outlines several examples of corruption and unconstitutional actions within state courts, including a case in Connecticut where an elderly couple was wrongly evicted and appeals courts refused to address factual errors. He notes the particularly corrupt judiciary in Kentucky, home to Senator McConnell, and how one woman's life was ruined by McConnell's abuse of the US Attorney's Office in Kentucky. The woman, Amy Mischler, asks the Congressman and Senator to use her story as a tool to help reform the nation's judiciary which lacks integrity and rule of law.

Washington, DC, DC, 20510 May 1, 2023 Congressman Hank Johnson 2240 Rayburn HOB Washington, DC 20515 Dear Senator and Congressman, Attached is a lengthy letter I have sent to Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf, the Judicial Conference Secretary. Is it unorthodox. Absolutely, but the judiciary is so broken unorthodox actions are necessary. The failure of the Supreme Court to uphold standards has caused a crisis through out every judiciary in the United States. I can show you a case in Connecticut where an elderly couple were evicted in the middle of the pandemic on the basis of nonpayment of their rent; when in fact they had paid the rent. The appellate court refused to address the false factual finding by the housing court judge. I can show in Florida where the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court ignored that a county judge was in violation of the Florida Constitution, having substituted himself as a circuit judge but no actual authority to hear circuit court cases. And then there is Kentucky, the home of Senator Mitch McConnell. I truly don’t think there is a more corrupt judiciary either state or federal than what is in Kentucky. I have spent nearly a quarter of century laying a paper trail showing how corrupt and unconstitutional the Kentucky state and federal courts are. All I ever wanted was to be a wife, mother, and a band director. All that was stolen from me because of Senator Mitch McConnell’s abuse of the US Attorney Office in the Eastern District of Kentucky to further his senate career. That is outlined in the letter. DOJ has left Kentucky alone due to Senator McConnell. So what can a woman do facing impossible odds in such system that has no integrity or enforced rule of law. I laid the paper trail, . . . . . . for twenty plus years. Please use my tragedy to help our nation. The letter attached is meant to be a tool for the two of you. Regards,
Amy Mischler 8761 ST HWY 78 W Lot #10 Okeechobee, Florida 34974
