TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Payment terms: 90% in advance with order, 10% installation of net meter.
2. After Sales Services are free as a part of warranty calls.
3. PKR 5,000/annum shall be charged for provisioning of mandatory, once an year, Periodic Inspection and
maintenance (PIM) services.
4. If Shed Type Structure is desired, additional cost is Rs. 10/Watt shall be charged.
5. The entire offer is subject to force majeure condition.
6. Earthing bore/pit shall only be done inside customer's premises.
7. Prices are valid for 01 day only.
8. These prices are without any taxes. If any taxes applied by the government, the same shall be charged additionally.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY
1. Provision of stable 3 Phase grid supply with sanctioned load minimum equal or greater than 2/3 of required solar
system size. If desired, we shall look after this requirement but expenses shall be borne by customer.
2. Meter in the name on whose name net metering is required and clear from any encumbrances.
3. For Online monitoring, provision of dedicated router with strong WIFI signal near inverter location is mandatory
customer responsibility.
4. Functional Fire extinguisher near inverter location to cover any untoward incident.
5. Payment of DISCO approval Fees @ Rs 1000/KW is customer's responsibility. (If Applicable)

NOTES
1. Items 1 to 3, shall be accounted as items and any increase /decrease shall be accounted for accordingly with cost
differential as applicable..
2. After expiry of valid date of proposal, the make of items at Sr# 1 to 3 may be changed with items of equivalent or
better technical specifications as per availability at the time of execution.
3. The turnkey is to the extent described here. Any additional supplies/services, if needed, shall be discussed and
executed if agreed.
4. 10 feet of AC Cable (From inverter to DB) is catered in the proposal. Extra AC Cable used will be charged as per actual
Measurement at the site.
5. If total system size increases or decreases due to change in panels watts actually installed,the charges shall be
adjusted accordingly

TIME LINES (Subject to non-existence of force majeure conditions)

1. Project shall be completed within 6-8 weeks.
2. Net metering would commence only after installation of Bi-Directional meter.
3. Net metering shall be done in 6-8 weeks.

WARRANTIES
1. PV Modules: 10 years for manufacturing defects, 25 years standard performance as per specs.
2. On- Grid Inverter: 05 years replacement/repair warranty.
3. PV mounting structure: 05 years.
4. Workmanship and local materials: 01 year.
5. Warranty Void: Warranty stands void in cases of tempering or damage due to manmade or natural causes or grid
faults or outstanding dues or if maintenance services are not contracted with us.
6. Service charges shall be applicable even during warranty period,for services required by the customer and not
covered under warranty

ANNUAL YIELD AND PAYBACK
1. During full light hours and no grid outages, PV System performance shall deliver average 3.8 units/KWPV per day.
2. Annual production = 20,410 Units (Plus/minus 10%)
3. Average expected saving over the year @ PKR 34/KWh is = PKR 693,929/-
4. Payback = 3.21 Years
5. Warranty for inverter is 5 years and expected life of PV modules is 25 years.
6. We guarantee production of above given KWh annually. However we do not guarantee zero bill as consumption
could increase compared to reference current consumption pattern.

SYSTEM FUNCTIONING
1. On-grid Inverter is connected in parallel with Grid.
