In respect to BOQ exercise for the Project (Private Office, Capital Cairo Centre) of average area
120 sqm, kindly find below our fees:

8,000 EGP (ONLY EIGHT THOUSAND EGYPTIAN POUNDS) for BOQ Preparation.

NOTE: This amount will be deducted from the payments in case we sign the office execution
contract.
