Main Duties:
Managing a Supermarket store.

Responsibilities:

 Manage employees of the store (weekly schedule, distribution, training, duties).


 Manage the ordering process and follow up with the suppliers for all departments (FMCG, Fresh
food)

 Application of the Plan-o-gram in the selling area, and guarantee the market share of each
supplier on shelves and off shelves.
 Follow up the pricing process and the margin of each item, and deciding the suitable S.P. that
guarantees the profitability for the company.
 Follow up the sales and guarantee a stable margin.
 Control and follow up the shrinkage percentage, and find methods to decrease the shrinkage.
 Control the sales of each department and follow up the improvements and invent methods to
increase any drop in sales in any section.
 Prepare deals with the supplier to get internal promotions to the store.
 Manage the warehouse and controlling the stock.
 Control the Hygiene in the entire store.
 Control and monitor the indicators (negative stock, out of stock, Sales with negative Margin,
depreciation, waste, returns).
 Control the receiving process and the regulations.
 Follow up the customer service and the customers' needs. And guarantee the satisfaction of our
customers.
 Building a long term relationship with our customers to guarantee the suitable delivery of their
needs and to get their notes to improve the business.
 Follow up the assets and anticipate the budget of the assets in the store to build a balanced
assets budget every year.
 Building a full forecast for the daily, monthly and yearly budget of the store based on
the sales

 Reinforcing the teamwork among the team, and make sure that every employee is involved in
taking decisions that help to develop the business.
