1. The grounding of the fan casing or motor casing must be reliable.


It is forbidden to rotate in the opposite direction, to run over the
rated current and to run out of phase.The fan must not be operated
out of p h a s e .

2. the number of times the fan bearing is oiled is not less than 1000
hours/time . it is fo rb i d d e n to m a i n ta i n th e f an in o per atio n .

3. 500 megohm meter to measure the fan shell and motor wind-
ing between the absolute resistance, its value should be greater
than 0.5 megohm, otherwise the motor winding should be drying
t reatm e n t , d ry in g t e m pe r a tu r e i s n o t a l l o w e d to ex ceed 120 ℃.

Some faults may occur during the commissioning and use of the fan,
and common faults are classified as mechanical faults and electrical
faults.See Table I and Table II for troubleshooting methods
