    In connection to the above reference, you are hereby directed to explain within one hundred
    twenty (120) hours or (5) days upon receipt of this memorandum why no disciplinary action
    taken against you for the infraction committed. “Taking agencies, client or co employee’s personal
    property without permission.

    Failure to submit your explanation letter is considered a non-compliance to the given directives by
    this office and shall be dealt accordingly base to the gravity of offense/s committed with
    corresponding penalties.
