Subject: Complaint U/s 154(3) CrPC against alleged Accused Person(s) for the
commission/omission resulting into the commission of Cognizable/ Non-
Cognizable offence(s) punishable under Section 419, 465, 468, 471, 420, 417, 193,
196, 197, 166, 166A, 34 AND 120B Of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 r/w Section
13A of the Punjab Medical Registration (Amendment) Act, 2010.

Respected Sir,

1. I, Atul Kataria, S/o Lt. Sh. G L Kataria, C/o F2, Ground Floor, Lajpat Nagar
1, New Delhi-110024, wish to draw your attention to the lackadaisical
attitude and conduct of the Police officers at P.S. Sector-50 Gurugram,
Haryana, towards non-registration of my Complaint as well as FIR for the
offences disclosed in the complaint dated 06.07.2023.
2. I had lodged a Complaint in P.S. Sector-50 Gurugram, Haryana on
06.07.2023 regarding the commission of cognizable offences. The
Complaint was lodged against the alleged Doctors as well as the Police
Officials of the P.S. Sector-50 Gurugram, Haryana, for offences committed
u/s 419, 465,468, 471, 420, 417, 193, 197, 166, 166A, 34 and 120B. The
aforesaid offences are cognizable in nature and warrant an immediate
 registration of an FIR for the alleged offences against the alleged accused
person(s).
3. That, the written Complaint was received successfully by the respective
SHO sir P.S. Sector-50 Gurugram, Haryana, on 15.07.2023. Notably,
initially, my Complaint was refused to be accepted. Therefore, I have sent it
to the Speed Post through consignment no. ED427159255IN.
4. The Complaint pertains to the so-called doctors who are practicing medicine
without valid authorisation from the State Medical Council. Furthermore,
the alleged accused Doctors in connivance with alleged Police Officials are
tempering the evidence with a malafide intent to deceive the right of justice
of my son, who unfortunately succumbed to death due to the incompetence
at the ends of the so-called Doctors.
5. This communication is to bring your kind attention to the lack of action by
the officials at P.S. Sector-50 Gurugram on my Complaint no investigation,
or inquiry has been undertaken and no action on the FIR has been taken
till date. Notably, the Hon’ble Supreme Court category held in Lalita
Kumari vs Govt. of U.P.& Ors that the FIR should be immediately
registered upon the disclosure of the cognizable offence. However, no action
has been taken till date in P.S. Sector-50 Gurugram are deliberately in
contempt of the directives laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
6. I am deeply concerned for myself as the accused persons have colluded and
plotted against my son and our family, and committed offence(s) which are
COGNIZABLE in nature.
7. Kindly consider this representation of the Utmost Importance and for the
immediate registration of an FIR against the accused persons, and proper
investigation & inquiry into their illegal and unlawful activities.
Furthermore, the alleged police officer involved in the alleged conspiracy
 may please be kept far away from the investigation pursuant to my
complaint dated 06.07.2023.

I shall forever be grateful for your assistance and promptness. Hope you do the
needful at the earliest.
