Cleanliness Expert – Designed for the Measurement

of the Cleanliness of micro mechanic and Engine
Components
 Micro mechanic Components are
very sensitive to contamination by
particles from production.
 Cleanliness decides about
performance and lifetime.
 Testing of contamination during
and after production is mandatory.
 Also valid for engine components
like gearboxes, engines, crankshafts
and camshafts.
 Applicable for all types of particle
measurement on circular shaped
substrates.

In case of a system breakdown

the failure will be trace back to
the responsible product/part

All suppliers have to prove the

cleanliness of their components!

Cleaning procedure - An essential part of the process

 Critical components
are taken out of the
production process.

Cleaning procedure - An essential part of the process

 Components are cleaned

during or after production.
 The cleaning fluid is poured
through a filter.
 The filter is dried in an oven.

filter must be scanned.
