1 Strategy planning and implement to achieve the company’s short term and long term
goals based on the Board of Directors’ decision.

2 Evaluate the plan / process changes.

3 Conduct periodical operations meeting and evaluate the status

4 Financial planning to meet company’s operational expenses

5 Ensuring that we are meeting the statutory requirements

6 Ensure adequate infrastructure and environment for the employees

7 Planning and execution of Production Targets

8 Coordinate with company auditor to finalize year ending company accounts

9 Monitoring HR activities and fine tune processes based on the requirements

10 Monitor periodic office infrastructure and maintenance to avoid production interruptions

11 Monitor / Manage Production Team activities

12 Handling all technical escalations and client complaints

13 Periodically update the company’s progress to board of Directors

14 Purchase Planning, Purchase and Vendor Management

15 Business Development, Sales and Customer Liaison

16 Comply with QMS Policies and Procedures

Responsibilities
1 Prepare plan as per customer requirement

2 Carry out production as per production plan.

3 To provide leadership to all departments needs to achieve their goals.

4 Maintain Housekeeping of respective department.

5 Setting schedule for preventive maintenance.

6 Man power handling.

7 Work allotting for workmen.

8 Training for workmen.

9 Crises management in production.

10 Responsible for overall operations, which include Best Practices, Quality Assurance,

11 Quality Control Incoming, in-process and final

12 Responsible for trouble shooting, Corrective and preventive action

13 Comply with QMS Policies and Procedures

Department QMS Reports to MD


Responsibilities
1 Shall be primarily responsible and ensuring persons for processes needed for
establishing, implementing, maintaining and updating the Management System
(complying ISO 9001:2015 requirements) in the organization.

2 Updating and reporting to the MD on the performance, activities, and improvement of


the Management System periodically.

3 Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the


organization as regards QMS.

4 Plan Internal Audit Schedules.

5 Co-ordinate Management Review Meetings.

6 Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the Management System.

7 Issue all Management System Documents: Management System Manual, Procedures,


and Work Instructions to the concerned personnel.

activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.

5 Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and


facilities for meetings.

6 Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.

7 Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.

8 Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.

9 Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy,


productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
