AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION
(Re: Sale of Parcel of Land)

We, ASLYN S. CADANGEN, VIRGINIA S. CANNAWIL, NIDAM SEO-AS,

ROSA MABUTAS, ROBERT S. SALDO, HENRY LENCIO, ARGIE S. CHEW-AS
and NELYN S. ATIWEN, all of legal age, Filipino Citizens and residents of
Pudong, Kapangan, Benguet after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law hereby depose and state that:

1. Our aunt ANNETE JOSE sold a parcel of land covered and described
in TAX DECLARATION No. 9168 located at Basisil, Pudong,
Kapangan, Benguet containing an area of TWO THOUSAND THIRTY
NINE (2,039) SQUARE METERS, more or less, a copy is hereto
attached and marked as ANNEX “A”;

2. ANNETTE JOSE sold the aforesaid parcel of land to EMILIA B.

ALONZO sometime in 1954 and then was transferred her name as
shown in TAX DECLARATION No. 417, a copy is hereto attached and
marked as ANNEX “B”;

3. That in turn EMILIA B. ALONZO sold the property to RAMON

ABIASEN who in turn transferred in his name as shown in TAX
DECLARATION No. 6024, a copy is hereto attached and marked as
ANNEX “C”018-132641 with an area of TWO THOUSAND THIRTY
NINE (2,039) SQUARE METERS;

4. By virtue of the aforementioned circumstances, we CONFIRMED and

AFFIRMED that indeed our Aunt ANNETTE JOSE sold her rights and
possession over the aforementioned parcel of land to EMILIA B.
ALONZO;

5. We hereby undertake not to oppose or object to the transfer of the

said parcel of land to Ramon Abiasen, who is now the current owner
and possessor. Furthermore, we will not file any claim or complaint
against the said person regarding the lot;

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of our foregoing

statement and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
