AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
I, HERCULANO C. TAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow and a
resident of Purok 2, Lantay, Pangantucan, Bukidnon, after being duly sworn
according to law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land located at

Lantay, Pangantucan, Bukidnon identified as Lot No. 347, GSS-10-
000049 covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-
77145.

2. That I sold the above-mentioned parcel land to spouses Gil Andrew

G. Leonor and Mariscris Rojo-Leonor by way of Deed of Absolute
Sale executed and notarized as Doc No. 397 Page No. 81, Book No.
LXXIV and Series of 2023 by Atty. Mc Ferlin P. Taňola;

3. That all of my children affixed their signature in the said deed of

sale except ARMEDA G. TAN by way of conformity.

4. That ARMEDA G. TAN is presently working at Hongkong and such,

cannot affix her signature in the said Deed of Sale;

5. That in the event ARMEDA G. TAN questions and/or denies said

knowledge and shall demand additional payment from the above-
named Vendee and/or shall impose other condition, I hereby
undertake to pay and compensate my said daughter thereby
absolving the Vendee from any additional obligation and further
promise to perform any or all conditions that shall be required.

6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the

foregoing facts.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my hand, this 8 th

day of May 2023 at Pangantucan, Bukidnon.
