OVERVIEW
TKDN is the use of raw materials, design and engineering containing elements of manufacturing, fabrication,
assembly, and the final completion of work and use of services by utilizing labor, including experts, work tools
including software and supporting facilities until the final handover originating from and carried out domestically.
While the TKDN Achievement target is the TKDN target value based on the road map for achieving the TKDN
target per commodity set by the government agency in charge of the oil and gas industry.

OBJECTIVE
1. Increased understanding of the process of procurement of goods / services in Indonesia's upstream oil and
gas industry based on applicable regulations.
2. Improved understanding of the applicable TKDN (Local Content) in the procurement of goods / services in
the Indonesian upstream oil and gas industry
