applications’. So here, from our experiences and myriad of guidance that we’ve gone through, we had compiled and
came out with this guide in hope to help you out a bit.
*Whatever written here is from our batch of intake, April 2022 (Bil 02/2022). So please do refer to the current
guidelines and ask a lot from your colleagues.

Before your status of application is approved, it gotta go through few filtrations.
Untuk MMC flow status dia :
1. Waiting to be reviewed
2. Complete review by PT
3. Complete review by Officer
4. Complete review by HOD
5. Complete review by CEO
6. Approved (dapat eligible letter)
7. If your progress is too slow, kindly ws merits to ask about your status (ask respectably)

8. Most of time, your application status doesn’t progress smoothly according to the
above orders because you’d made mistakes. How to know you made mistakes & what
to correct?
(a) Your status will change to ‘Query From Officer’ if you don’t meet their
requirements. Then when you click on ‘Letters’, you got this :
(b) Then, you need to click on the green pencil button to see the officer’s demand.
These are few examples of mistakes being done and the corrections needed :

(c) Once you got notices in the orange box, MMC will unlock the documents
section so that you can delete the wrong documents and re-upload the correct
one.
(f) Above all, please isi dengan hati-hati dan cermat dari awal. If you’re unsure,
ask your friends before submit. Any mistakes will cost you a delay (your
application akan masuk a new queue & review will start all over again through
6 filtrations that mentioned above) and money.

1. Dah approved MeRITS baru boleh apply SPA. Buka website SPA 9 :

For JPA, Once dah isi SPA, settlekan your lapor diri tamat pengajian di
MySelf JPA.
- Within 1 month selalunya dah settle. Always check ‘Status of application’. Cari perkataan
‘MELEPASI SYARAT-SYARAT..’(tak kisah di atas/tengah/bawah). That’s a good sign.

- In nearest time (next day maybe), status will change to ‘Lantikan Kontrak’. Tahniah, korang dah
dapat pekerjaan, just nak tunggu KKM hantar e-mail panggilan untuk mengisi penempatan dalam
e-HO.

4) OMG, it’s e-HO application! Need some tips
1. Within period of +/- 3 weeks after dapat ‘Lantikan Kontrak’ di SPA, you’ll get an e-mail from
Pentadbir e-Houseman untuk penggilan mengisi penempatan di e-HO. Selalunya, e-mail dapat
1-2 days sebelum portal e-HO dibuka.
(During our time, harini dapat e-mail (1/3/22), esok isi e-HO (2/3/22))
*** if takda e-mail di Inbox, cari dekat Junk or Boxbe Waiting List.
*** if takda jugak, don’t worry..you might be accidentally skipped by technical problem during
the e-mail being sent. You can still apply for e-HO if you can register your IC in portal ‘Sistem
e-Houseman’.
*** those yang dapat e-mail can share pdf ‘Garis Panduan Permohonan Penempatan Atas
Talian’ (attached in the e-mail) in group so as to help those yang tak dapat e-mail.

2. PREPARE FOR THE WAR! What to prepare?
(a) Check internet speed – it doesn’t matter nak buat di rumah atau Cyber Café, so long as
your ping is < 10ms.
How to check ? Use: https://www.speedtest.net/
Why ping value is so much to bother? Because it tells in how many seconds you’ll
received the data & your data being received on the other end
(b) If your internet is slow, we highly suggest you to do e-HO in any gaming cyber café
Yang girls boleh ajak kawan/relatives teman sebab ramai guys there
Make sure to ask about their ping as well. But no worry lah sebab selalunya gaming cc
memang power ping dia, sometime sampai 2ms ping

(d) Prepare siap-siap maklumat yang perlu diisi dalam sistem e-HO for tomorrow. Most parts
dah ada your data autofilled by KKM, so here below are few data (red-bold words) yang
perlu kita lengkapkan.

5. Post-eHO : The Golden 3 Weeks
1. Join your hospital whatsapp/telegram group. Can find link from telegram group pre-HO
https://t.me/joinchat/udGeJ41vZZwzNmY1. Once you join your hospital group, ask them if
anyone got Hospital List for documents needed. That list will be your to-do-list for the whole 3
weeks’ period.
2. From all 4 documents downloaded from e-HO, ‘Surat Tawaran Perlantikan’ needs the fastest
action. Print and sahkan ASAP the first 3 pages (every page 1,2,3 disahkan), because you need
to use it in next 3 days.
3. Isi MeRITS (Provisional Registration Certificate):
3 days after e-HO tutup (tarikh last e-HO dikira ikut tarikh KKM tutup portal, bukan
tarikh last kita isi. Cth: e-HO buka dari 2-6 Mac, jadi 3 hari selepas 6 Mac), MMC akan
keluarkan pengumuman mengenai tatacara untuk memohon pendaftaran
sementara(Provisional Registration Certificate).
Pengumuman akan dibuat melalui portal rasmi MMC atau email. Always check at the
portal : https://mmc.gov.my/ .
Jika sudah keluar pengumuman di portal rasmi, boleh terus apply secepat mungkin.
TUNGGU this announcement keluar, baru isi. If you isi before tarikh ni, MMC tak buat
review lagi and nothing change.

Apply for ‘Provisional Registration Certificate’. Ini untuk korang dapatkan nom
pendaftaran sementara MMC. If tak dapat nom ni, korang tak leh buat cop lagi

During your application being processed, your register nom might appear meanwhile your application
status not approved yet..so this is the answer.
It takes around 1 week for the application to be approved (see picture below). In the meantime, you
can settle all to-do-list down here in the table. Settle it before PTM

TO-DO-LIST : (3 weeks to complete before PTM ) – tengok list hospital

2. ACCOUNT STATEMENT
1. Certify your bank account
2. Bring along your IC and bank card
3. Tell the recipient that you have been offered a government job and
need a letter for the confirmation of the account
4. The letter should have stated with your NAME AND BANK
ACCOUNT NUMBER, signed by the bank officer
3. KWSP
1. Go to your nearest KWSP office, bring along IC and SURAT TAWARAN
2. Inform the recipient that you want to register as *AHLI BARU KWSP*,
they will tell you to go to KIOSK (the officer will assist)
3. Keep the penyata KWSP with you.
4. If you’re a muslim, preferably ask for Shariah Compliance KWSP account.
4. POS MALAYSIA
1. Purchase *3 STEM HASIL (RM10X3)* from Pos Malaysia to matikan
stem for LHDN.
* This is optional, if tak nak beli from post office pon takpa. Boleh guna cop
setem hasil dari LHDN sendiri, still pay same amount. RM10 for each stem.
*Receptionist LHDN akan tanya whether or not you already have the stamp.
If yes, you’ll queue in different counter, and if not, you’ll queue in different
counter.

5. LHDN
You come for 2 purposes :
1) Matikan stem – bagi 3 borang perjanjian kontrak (isi dulu sebelum
datang, ikut garis panduan yang diberi)
2) Dapatkan Surat Pemberitahuan Pendaftaran Nombor Cukai
Pendapatan (isi e-daftar online dulu sebelum datang, ikut cara di bawah)
4. Make sure the LHDN office has matikan stem services (dalam surat e-
daftar pon ada bagitahu LHDN cawangan mana you suppose to go.)
(a) For matikan stem : You will have to fill in some information in the
computer first. (di computer LHDN. but some LHDN tak perlu isi ni)

I found out in some guides, they told to ask for e-filing after you’d made e-
daftar.
Actually, e-filing tu tak perlu isi lagi. Setahun selepas korang bekerja baru
boleh isi e-filing, okay?

6. SURAT AKUAN BERKANUN
1. Bring Surat Tawaran
2. Isi Surat Akaun Berkanun bahagian atas sahaja – tinggalkan ruangan
bawah untuk diisi dihadapan magistrate/ pesuruhjaya sumpah
3. MUST be done IN FRONT of either a Magistrate (free of charge) or any
Pesuruhjaya Sumpah in private firm (with fees, RM4-5)
7. MEDICAL CHECKUP
1. Make sure to make appointment first for medical checkup (Preferably
Klinik Kesihatan)
2. Bring 1 copy of Borang Permohonan Pemeriksaan Kesihatan (fill up
this form) & Surat Tawaran respectively
3. There are 3 required stamps that you must obtained from:
a. Witness (Saksi) (He/She MUST NOT be the attending doctor)
(find another MO to sign for that saksi component) OR ANY
GOVERNMENT OFFICER
b. The attending doctor
c. Stamp from the lab (Cop Makmal)
4. Only UFEME (urine) is needed

4. Click ‘TAMBAH’ to fill in all your family members. Finally, after
dah habis semua, click ‘SIMPAN’
5. Di bahagian ‘Profil Peserta’- tekan ‘KEMASKINI’ before cetak

6. Kemaskini di bahagian bertanda bintang *mandatory. Check di
bahagian Maklumat Semasa Kecemasan, isi jika tak lengkap.
Extra note 1. You might need to do RT-PCR test during pandemic period – 3 days
before, free at KK/HKL, bring along surat PTM.
2. ‘3 days before’ means : Cth- Jika lapor diri Isnin, maka PCR perlu
dibuat hari Jumaat. PCR yang dibuat lebih awal dari Jumaat tak
diterima.
3. Sila confirmkan dengan JKN masing2 mengenai PCR test ni ya –
ada sesetengah JKN terima Saliva/RTK test.
