00100 NAIROBI and being a director of RAMROD VENTURES LIMITED do hereby ordain,
nominate and appoint DANIEL NDUNG’U WANGENYE holder of ID NO 21180457 and of P.O BOX
7508-00100, NAIROBI to be the sole signatory of RAMROD VENTURES LIMITED bank account
with full power and authority to act for me and in my name, and for my account of RAMROD
VENTURES LIMITED.

My appointed director shall have to do anything and everything that myself could do, execute all such
instruments and to so all such Acts matters and things as may be necessary or expedient for carrying out
the power hereby given in him absolute direction as he deems to be necessary.

I shall ratify and confer all such Acts be done by my Attorney in lawful execution of the power as herein
donated.
