The Existing units are not compatible with our


machine. We made a mistake in choosing our
Power train and drive train. We can however
sell the removed units to transporters who use
these units and recover some money. CRAC
Technologies to come on site 07/04/22 to
Assist with identification of requirements for
CRAC the Modification. This will add on to the cost
Technologies/H.Gwaze of Engine and gearbox.

The engine has a history of not generating


sufficient power for tramming. Spare parts for
this engine could also be a challenge
according to reports from the team that started
H. Gwaze with the project.

The Hydraulic Oil had been purchased for the
Crane. Part of it was sent to the machines in
Ngezi and the remainder was used in the
H.Gwaze workshop on the Bending machine

If we remove the existing scenario the


hydraulic hoses will have to change. We will
H. Gwaze salvage what ever we can.
