Abu Hanifa and his school of thought include:

Al-Fiqh al-Akbar: This work is attributed to Abu Hanifa and presents a concise
exposition of his theological beliefs and creed. It addresses matters of Islamic
theology and doctrine.

Al-Mabsut: Compiled by Abu Hanifa's student, Muhammad al-Shaybani, Al-Mabsut is a


comprehensive legal compendium that covers a wide range of legal issues and
provides detailed explanations of Abu Hanifa's legal rulings.

Al-Jami' al-Kabir: Also known as Al-Jami' al-Saghir, this book was authored by Abu
Yusuf, another prominent student of Abu Hanifa. It is a comprehensive collection of
legal opinions and rulings according to the Hanafi school of thought.

Kitab al-Athar: This work, attributed to Abu Hanifa's student Imam Abu Yusuf,
contains narrations of legal traditions (hadiths) as transmitted by Abu Hanifa and
his students.

Kitab al-Wasiyyah: Compiled by Imam Abu Hanifa's student, Imam Zufar, this book
focuses on the laws related to wills and bequests (wasiyyah) according to the
Hanafi school.

Al-Shaybani's Kitab al-Hujjah: Authored by Muhammad al-Shaybani, this book is a


comprehensive exposition of Hanafi legal principles and rulings, covering various
aspects of Islamic law.
