Job Responsibilities: For Process Quality (Moulding)

 Develop and improve Moulding processes for new and existing products.
 Ensure quality output of Moulded components.
 Work with tooling engineers to maximize quality.
 Develops process documentation including work instructions, control plans and visual aids.
 Perform failure investigations utilizing problem solving techniques and statistical methods as
needed to identify root cause and enact countermeasures.
 Develops working knowledge of all process areas including process flow, operator responsibility,
major quality attributes and areas for improvement
 Conducts and documents results of process trials to improve productivity and/or quality
 Leads quality focused improvement efforts and projects
 Process Monitoring and Rejection Analysis
 Physical Properties verification
 Process and Product Audit and Validation.

Handled Instruments:
 Height Gauge, Vernier Calipers, Micrometer, Bevel Protector and Depth gauge, Filler Gauge, Pin

 New Parts and Sample Development

 Using Seven QC Tools for finding root cause of the problems
 Implementation of 5S
 Internal Audit of the Process as per Control Plan
 Making necessary changes to make process flow easier and convenient.
 Develops working knowledge of all process areas including process flow, operator responsibility,
major quality attributes and areas for improvement
 Help oversee and develop manufacturing standards, including machine capacity, quality control,
tools and equipment, pathways and cycle times
 Conducts and documents results of process trials to improve productivity and/or quality
 Leads quality focused improvement efforts and projects
 Develop and implement the process quality control management systems in operation, including
procedures and WI for inspection
 Knowledge of PFD, PFMEA, Control plan for Manufacturing process and 7QC Tool with their
Practical Knowledge.
 Responsible for Process Audit & Product Audit
