1 Check header (Client name, Load list Document name, Rev. No., Name etc.)

2 Format of the document, font sizes and type of font shall be checked. All the cells shall contain similar font size and font
style. Only headings shall be marked in bold.

3 Load list shall be prepared as per list of pump and motor operated equipment available in equipment list.

4 Please review the list with P&ID and make sure all electrically operated equipment are captured and shall be marked in
the load list.

5 Calculate the absorbed load (BKW) of the equipment as per process data available in data sheets.

6 Load Factor shall be provided by concerned electrical department as per electrical design basis and shall be reviewed
properly.
Motor Rating shall be selected as the standard kW rating available in the standard list of motors. Rating shall be always
7 higher than the esult of load factor when divided by BKW.
8 Source voltage shall be taken from the BEP document provided by client.

9 Power factor and feeder type shall be allocated by electrical department as per electrical design basis.
10 Connected load, operating load and intermittent load shall be bifurcated properly in the load list as per equipment
running condition mentioned in P&ID.
