Response to Comment
Comment accepted but as you see on soil and
material investigation report, section 4.8.1, the
design consultant has exhaustively investigated
more than 19 natural gravel material and 4 possible
potential borrow sources which may use to for
blending with scoria gravel that has Non-plasticity
value. Hence, these possible potential sources have
been used for design purpose. It, therefore, will be
comprehensively investigated while the
construction begins.

particular technical specification.
