STOWELINK INVITED AS KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO THE YHP MENTAL HEALTH RESEARCH DISSEMINATION

FORUM

Stowelink was invited as a key stakeholder to the Young Health Programme Kenya by Astra Zeneca as
key stakeholders to the dissemination of the mental health research on young people. The forum was
attended by plenty of young people who played a key role in driving the agenda of the day. As part of
deliberations of this event the key findings from the mental health research were shared and discussed
with stakeholders present amongst them being the Ministry Of Health, other civil society organizations
and other key players. Stowelink also made a presentation during this engagement highlighting the need
for a robust mental health strategy. We also shared our toolkits and guidelines that were developed in
the mental health space as a key tool to help move the needle forward.

About The Young Health Programme

people in the delivery of interventions and over 74,000 frontline health workers in adolescent health.
The YHP is currently running in 36 countries globally. We are proud that to date almost 10,000
employees have volunteered over 58,000 hours in YHP activities.
