    Through this letter , I would like to state that my date of birth entered on my online registration on PRC personal
    information is 05/29/1992 ( incorrect data of birth) which is incorrect .My correct date of birth is 05/29/1991 ( correct
    date of birth).I request you to kindly update or change my correct date of birth on my personal information on PRC
    online registration in order to continue my registration to renew my prc ID.

    As per requirements, I am attaching a copy of my birth certificate as the proof for date of birth.
