PARENTAL CONSENT

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tagudin Council will be having a two (2) days First

Mobile Legends “LEVEL UP” Tournament 2021 on this coming February 4-5, 2021 at Barangay Hall,

Tagudin Mabini Pangasinan. The said event is a non- physical contact activity and only the players

and teams scheduled for a specific time will be the only one allowed at the gaming venue to follow

and maintain the safety and health protocols of social distancing and mass gathering.

The minimum age for any participant in this tournament is 18 years old. With that said,
