Subject: Resignation Letter

Respected Ma'am,

It greatly saddens me to send you this letter of resignation. Effective the 11th of this month
(Friday), I no longer be working here as an online ESL teacher.

Unfortunately, family circumstances at this time requires my full attention, and I have important
issues to take care of, which leave me unable to fulfill my duties to the company.

I sincerely apologized to have caused any inconvenience, but please know that I am immensely
grateful for the opportunities that you have given me. In my one year stay in this company, I
have learned a lot and have developed good relationship with my students in which most of them
have been with me since my first day of VietStar. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and
am honored to have had the chance to touch the lives of my students. It has been as much
pleasure to learn from them as it has been to teach them.

I am hoping that when everything on my end is fixed and good, I can go back and still be part of
VietStar.

I will work hard in my final days of employment to complete all required paper works and duties
assigned to me. I will be more than happy to assist you in any way possible to make my
departure seamless.
