Guess the story
Story 1
Once upon a time, there were two siblings, a boy and a
girl, that lived in the forest with their family.

One day, there were walking in the forest when they


found a house made of candies. A witch was looking at

In groups create a story using the past simple and the past
continuous. You have to use a known story (e.g. The Little Red
Ridding Hood) but you will change it! Give it a twist

Remember if you characters speak, use present simple!

Example
"The sun was shining and the birds were singing as the elephant
came out of the jungle. The other animals were relaxing in the
shade of the trees, but the elephant moved very quickly. She was
looking for her baby, and she didn't notice the hunter who was
watching her through his binoculars. When the shot rang out, she
was running towards the river..."
