Dear Sir,
As per your request we have examined the papers and documents referred to us in respect of the
captioned client of your esteemed Bank and our opinion concerning the same is as follows:

being No. 397 dated 10.01.2022/12.01.2022,
[along with Govt. delivery receipt being No. K-
5797] registered with the South Keraniganj Sub-
Registry Office of Dhaka, executed Md. Julhas
Miah & Md. Shadat Hossain as the law ful attorney
of (1) Md. Dulal Miah, (2) Monoara Begum

said land measuring 101 decimals and to sell vide
Deed of Power of Attorney being No. 8020 dated
27.05.2011/29.05.2011 registered with the South
Keraniganj Sub-Registry Office of Dhaka.
It appears that, Almas, Alfas, Nur Miah was the S.A. &
R.S. recorded owner of the Schedule land.

Thus said Md. Anisur Rahman become the present
owner of the land measuring 07.17 (Seven point one
seven) decimal and got mutated the same with the govt.
revenue record vide mutation separation case no. 3544
(IX-I/2022-23 dated 16.10.2022, corresponding Jot No.
and paying ground rent thereof.
11. Ground Rent : Submitted photocopy of ground rent payment receipt
Payment Receipt(s) being receipt no. 269822022229 dated 26.10.2022 in
the names of present owner i.e. Md. Anisur Rahman,
the rent has been paid up to 1429 B.S., in respect of
land measuring 07.17 decimal under Dag No. R.S. -
557, which Mutation Khatian no. 2564; corresponding
Jot No. .
12. Non-Encumbrance : Submitted of Non-Encumbrance Certificate bearing
Certificate. Govt. Receipt being No. 200641 dated 30.10.2022, it
appears that the said land measuring 07.17 decimal
decimals under dag No. Dag No. R.S. -557, is free
from any encumbrance from the year 2010 up-to the
year 2022.
13. Municipal Holding : Not Submitted.
