Introduction
Idiom comes from the Greek idioms, which means
personal. Idiom originally meant "speech or proper to a people or
country." These days we use idiom for a specialized vocabulary or an
expression that isn't obvious, like (when pigs fly) which means
()لما تشوف حلمة ودنك. If you're studying a foreign language, idioms are the
hardest phrases to understand , recognizing the idiomatic expressions is
the first difficulty that anyone faces on the other side idioms give power to
any speaker and make him- her sounds more native . Idioms of business
is the most using phrases around the world , there are a lot of them as ( in
the black ) means losing money and in Arabic there is a close one ( جيت
)اتاجر في الكتان ماتت النسوان, ( by the book ) means doing things exactly according
to the rules , ( corner the market ) means dominating a particular market ,
(easy come easy go ) means getting things easily leads to lose it easily , in
Arabic there are different idioms as القرش االبيض ينفع في اليوم االسود ) ) (الثروة تأتي
)كالسلحفاة و تذهب كالغزال
And millions of idioms that businessmen are using daily in whole the
world .
As a result, idioms are important in life as
They Express feelings or attitude towards different events easily
They help in communication
They are part of the shared knowledge among native speakers
"In other words " a coursebook on translation addresses the need for a
systematic approach to training in translation studies by drawing on key areas
in modern linguistic theory and relating them systematically to a number of
translation problems and strategies ; idiom is one of the most important
category of translation and needs a specific strategy to handle it , " in other
words " has a very important chapter about this problem and how handle it .

Discussion of results
All of these solutions will have perfect results on the learners so the
problem will end and if we had the basic knowledge about these phrases,
we will handle idioms just as a linguistic type. The English or Arabic
speaker must use idioms so it would be easier when they already knew or
have an enough idioms in their mind to use in writing and speaking
