Introduction
Idiom comes from the Greek idioms, which means
personal. Idiom originally meant "speech or proper to a people or
country." These days we use idiom for a specialized vocabulary or an
expression that isn't obvious, like (when pigs fly) which means
(‫)لما تشوف حلمة ودنك‬. If you're studying a foreign language, idioms are the
hardest phrases to understand , recognizing the idiomatic expressions is
the first difficulty that anyone faces on the other side idioms give power to
any speaker and make him- her sounds more native . Idioms of business

to the rules , ( corner the market ) means dominating a particular market ,
(easy come easy go ) means getting things easily leads to lose it easily , in
Arabic there are different idioms as ‫القرش االبيض ينفع في اليوم االسود ) ) (الثروة تأتي‬

Discussion of results

Idioms need a professional translator to handle it and it should teach in

specific courses in schools or universities. the most effective way to support
your speaking and to sound more flaunt or native is to use idioms and to be
more familiar with these phrases; that it is very important to hear and read
more about them and attempt to use them in your daily life, also idioms help
you to express your self naturally to people and help them too to understand
you. Teacher should give more attention to students in this problem by teach
them how to predict the meaning of the idiom from the context. Practicing
and using idioms in little quizzes or games is very useful to the learners in
keeping and not forgetting these phrases.

All of these solutions will have perfect results on the learners so the
problem will end and if we had the basic knowledge about these phrases,
we will handle idioms just as a linguistic type. The English or Arabic
speaker must use idioms so it would be easier when they already knew or
have an enough idioms in their mind to use in writing and speaking
